Support Group for Parents of Big Reactors
Day after day, I talk with parents who feel deeply alone.
They're exhausted. They're second-guessing themselves. They're grieving the joy they expected to feel in parenting while loving children who are both amazing and incredibly challenging.
After so many consultations, I kept thinking the same thing:
I wish these parents could meet each other.
Because one of the hardest parts of raising a child with big emotions is believing you're the only one living this reality.
Many parents have taken online courses about highly sensitive children or "big reactors." They learned some helpful ideas, but they also told me something important: they were missing the connection. They were missing the chance to talk with other parents who truly get it.
So I created a small parent support group designed to offer what so many families have been longing for:
✨ To no longer feel alone in your parenting journey.
✨ A safe, judgment-free space to share the parts of parenting that feel too hard to say out loud.
✨ The opportunity to learn from other parents who truly understand.
✨ Personalized guidance from me to help you better understand your child's behavior and what they need to thrive.
Every group will be shaped by the parents in it. We'll address the challenges that matter most to you while making room for honest conversation, support, and connection.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can hear is: "Me too."
If you've been feeling alone in this journey, I'd love to welcome you.
